The IJ erred when he failed to address or acknowledge the failure of the government attorney compliance with the courts orders to submit accurate and corrected translation of respondents conviction record from Aruba. This is evident in his decision on page 4 and throughout his 43 page decision where he neglects to mention anything about the translation.  The IJ erroneously neglects to mention that he states on the record (tape 2)  “they (Government) MUST fix the translation".....
